His website looks as if it's going to have a radio. If you don't have iFrames you are going to have to reload the radio everytime you want to visit another page. That's why radios have started using expandable iFrames which can be done through JS.

I think your screen might be a few inches bigger than mine ;) Set the width of your layout in percentage rather than a set amount of pixels so it will fit any resolution.

Or just use scrolling="no" marginwidth="0" marginheight="0" to the iFrame tags if you're lazy :)
