It says enough times if you cheat you will get perm ban. I dont want to cheat but i just want to know what they class as cheating so i know not to do it~

Well you can get the good old speed hack, aim bot, wall hack and many others.

D/w you have to download hack you can't just "do" them :p have fun

Cool, ok. Plus i found a server im trying to get in and its loading loads of sounds and stuff. Is this like this everytime? Its taking frigging ages.

Its downloading models now

yeah it does sometimes but i like the servers when they have a jukebox its cool lol listening to music :)
