New School

Well tommrow i have to go to a brand new school =[
It has like 5 buildings and im scared lol
i sound like a baby but im in year 10 =[
( 10th grade where i live but every1 says year 10 )

Our school system =
1-3 1 Building
4-6 1 Building
7-9 1 Buidling
10-13 1 building

Aw, it's always hard starting a new school, but you just need to be confident and make the most of it!

Just go and try and get talking to people and you should quickly make new friends. You could perhaps join clubs and groups etc. to meet people!

As the school does seem pretty big, it will of course be a bit daunting to start with, but don't worry, it should be fine in the end and you will eventually get to know your way around, and if it's anything like my school you'll get a wee map to help you out. However, if worst comes to worst and you end up completely lost, just ask for help off a staff member or another pupil! :]

I've been to 3 secondary schools and the best thing to do is just go about your day as normal, go to lessons and get to know the school.
Don't try and make friends with the first person you meet because you could be going with the wrong crowd and also seeing as your in Year 10 you don't want that to happen. You'll be fine though, i was pretty annoyed when i moved to the 3rd school and my mum said that it would make me a more confident person and i think it kindof has.
