It can effect your routine, your co-ordination, can slow you down, you can faint, but thats only if you have hardly any sleep.

Sadly that's the good bit of it, the worst bit is, how it affects your health.
During sleep your body works, during sleep is where you grow. Lack of sleep may cause deformity and various health risks.
Problems with sleep... Contact your doctor.

It makes you tired, Reaserch has shown physicaly the effects are quite minimal form lack of sleep, the main part of us to feel the effects is the brain as that never gets a moment of dureing the time where awake, unlike the rest of the body.

Also it can make you halucinate (sp?) and hear voices, make your mind see/hear/smell/sense things are there when they arnt.

Its mostly only if you go a few days without sleep that happens.
If you loose a little bit of sleep, then it can effect your sleeping routine, and make you less enthusiastic/energetic/loss of direction, stuff like that.

Your brain needs to dream, if you dont go to sleep, it just does it when your awake.

Exactly my point.
So, try not to do allnighters every night. ;]

Dizzy = temperature change, when you get up to quickly you often feel dizzy, it's common due to temperature change.
Tired all day = Lack of protein, zinc and various other things, eat fresh fruit. Also my problem is if i feel tired if i say i am tired and keep going i am tired you tend to ALWAYS feel tired from experience, when i'm tired just don't complain just carry on working or w/e.
Bumping into things and seeing and hearing things = Lack of attention, tiredness.
You can cure anything if you have hope and determination, don't just complain that you're tired because it'll turn into a habit.

Well it all depends on how much sleep you are losing. A growing teenager should get at least 6 hours sleep a night, and thats the minimum - the recommended amount of time is abou 8 hours!
Generally, if your losing sleep on a regular basis it's going to make you very drowsy during the day and you wont be performing as well, at taks as you would normally have. You will often most likely slip into day dreams like all ready said.
I advise you that you do your best to get a good amount of sleep each night, and if your really having trouble, try get an appointment with your local doctor and arrange a meeting with a sleep therapist.
Good luck!

Hmm, it does if you lose a large amount of sleep. Sleeping helps you to relax and give you the energy for the following day. If you have trouble sleeping, maybe try sleeping pills, or contact your doctor.

Yep I prefer pumping chemicals into my body than the ways that take ages I'm the inpatient type thou pills are fast and effective

yeah, it's bad for you but you gain it back without noticing, during summer holidays (mines are over now) I went to sleep at like 3pm in the afternoon and woke up at 11pm :/ but I managed to fix that in about a day
