http://www.habbox.com/images/Furni/Rares/DiscoSignST.png Value= .5 - A fairly steady .5 rare, not seen many trade of .6 although a few norms added. [Seen 3 times]
Increasing
http://www.habbox.com/images/Furni/Rares/GoldIceCreamMakerST.png Value = 1.0 - Seen a fair amount of trades at this price during the summer, but will obviously not stay that long again due to the end of summer. [Seen 7 times]
