Yes, it is my first alteration, but I have worked with lots of other things in Photoshop for a few years.

When it comes to the "stolen" part - I do have the psd-file if anyone needs proof. Can't really understand why anyone would rip a pic and claim to be the artist tho. What would be the point?

Its good, but basically just a few photoshop effects, still great for your first try though!

it isn't stolen its just extremely good. But she owes it all to her program. I dont think she hand drew every pixel i think her computer provided the textures.

It is not stolen, Jasmine happens to be an experienced artist, only not in pixelart (when she made this picture).. so for an experienced artist, it is not hard to make a good picture with good colors, in pixelart (as pixelart is one of the art styles where you don't need to be the best in coloring to color good.. easy to try your way trough)

Well.. all that's actually effect here is the top marble part (and the fire), wich is easy to make by hand (as you see, it's only vertical lines), so you can't really _blame_ it on the use of photoshop.

As said above. No: It is not owed to the program, anyone can draw straight lines to make a marble effect.. by hand, pixel by pixel with the Ms Paint line tool and diff color tones.
So next time you're thinking about blaming a program for making effects like this: don't.
