Need web designer details inside

I need a layout designer that doesn't mind creating a brand new template from scratch, for not alot of habbo furni i will pay depending on quality but i can't afford a whole lot the best i can probaly do is about 2 rares (havn't decided what yet) Some rep on here and a job as admin on the site when its finished.

those are like the terms and condittions sort of so if anyone can help me reply to this thred or pm me for exact details about the template and please no-one reccomend habbolayouts.com i hate all of there layouts.

Most people on HabboxForum, who do webdesign, mainly accept PayPal (http://www.paypal.com/) not Habbo rares (as some don't play Habbo), although some people will accept Habbo rares. PayPal is a good idea if you wan't more people to sell you a layout.

Thanks i just got a paypal account so my offer has now increased to £5 - £10 GBP but that obviously depends on asking price and quality of template

Here's the details of the template i would like making: Green theme ie shades of green habbo gardens sort of thing. Around 7 - 9 boxes including banner box and main content box. habbo sort of borders as in like the grey bars you see quite often auto sizing boxes that resize due to content and possibly the template resising to fit whatever screen size you have like thinkhabbo.com
