Trading supers gets you most profit

P2s's etc will only make you small profit, you need a room that people buy rites in.

i made about 2-4t worth by selling rights in my modeling room in 6 months, but do somthing you like, cause modeling rooms suck after a while

If you own a furni shop and you get alot of people who are desperate for your stuff and they overpay then you can make good profit from that
