is there anyway of ripping music from myspace without like recording it with a mic, cus there are a few songs on there i wouldn't be able to download but they don't have 'download' enabled.

Nah i just looked. Its a flash player. Flash players are good if you dont want your content stealing. Sorry, there will be no way to rip the songs unless you are permitted to download them.
