You can buy the bottom or top i cant remember from varrocks clothes shop and for the other pieces kill wizards for them theyre some in wizards tower

Well they're from clue rewards or whatever you call them (I draw a blank.. :D ) for members, but you can buy them from other players if you're non-member.
