click the box, then highlight the first option, the hold the 'delete' key.

Click in the search box, press down then delete and repeat that process (no need to click in the box after first click ;))

download this then just right click on the recycle bin and press run Ccleaner.

And, deleting cookies is a way but that sucks as it does it for all sites if you have IE.
