Need a trainer?

I need someone who is online reguarly and can give me advice.

I will be giving 1K for any good pieces of advice when I ask for it.

for instance, I have just trained killing cows, I am level 22 or 23 attack and 20 defence.

My combat level is 19.

Killing cows to get to the next level takes too long now and I am looking for something else to kill that will give me more attack XP etc..
