I would say no, because you cant exactly do anything like people in love do... e.g kiss, hug

Isn't this called being Vain? When you think so your so attractive & your so in love with yourself & you spend hours in the mirror, staring at yourself. Or, something like that.

I think you can find yourself attractive but not really fall in love with yourself.

I think you can only be vain/big headed/love yourself etc. - simply meaning you think your great in every way, and think your attractive and everything about you is good - similair to how someone who loved you would feel for you, but I don't think you can actually "fall in love" with yourself.
You cannot have an emotional side to the relationship, or physical - which I feel is required for people to love each other. For instance you can't do the little things that actually matter and mean stuff to people, and have long talks etc. with yourself listening to the other persons point of view and opinion, you can simply only think your own opinion through.

Yes, you can love physical aspects and attributes about yourself, but you can't kiss yourself for example.

i'd say no. you can find yourself attractive and look in the mirror (vain) like someone said.
but you can't really have a relationship with yourself. love, kiss, hug, intercourse... obiously.
