Hey guys. I made this layout for someone. I think its pretty cool. I am quite proud of myself. All i want you guys to do is Rate & c+c. Thanks. (its marked like that from a while ago. can't have people stealing so i kept mark on)

Massive gaps what you dont need

Top nav buttons are all different sizes

Go easy on the colours it makes you want to be sick [sorry if affended you]

not a professional layours, looks like it has been made in ms word.


Keep trying and they will get better :)

Why not use just 2 colours and make it look clean.

Not to my liking for a hosting layout im affraid. Id prefure a clean layout with ALOT less gradients and less brighter colours. Im afraid im not teh biggest fan of that.

Dont flame the guy.

I dont like him myself, (no offence), but atleast he's trying, and there is always a learning curve for everyone. At somepoint, all of you sucked too, as did I (remember the sygon hosting layout sy ;) ) but jsut give the guy a break, and dont start critising him for trying to learn and improve.

Anyway,
Try to use less gradients, and for the gradients you DO use, make them subtle.
Make things symettrical, and the same size etc with perfect alignment. The human eye/brain likes symetry, alignemnt, and people think that te lyout is better than it is if you get them

well i am a girl. but thanks i guess?!? i think the layout in unique. It may not be what your use to, but it is definatly unique. One you'll never see except on a unique site. Good slogan,aperciating the us,unique, original. And that is what makes it awesome to me and the guy i made it for. :)

May I suggest taking time to look at some hosting layouts, take some colours,
take some ideas etc. Research is vital.

That layout is, horrible.

Have to admin 1/10 so far. But i feel it could be worked with.

For a start:

Dont use so many colours like that, reduce them
Blend the colours in more or darken them down
Rearrange the boxes so they look neat and well presented
Use lighter/clean colours or dark/grunge colours - Depending on style

I think it can get somewhere with a bit of TLC :D

i spent like a hour on it and the guy wanted red white and blue. Err o well...i get the same remarks for every layout i make...its not worth the bother i give up...god i have made like 20 layouts everyone hated ALL of them...
