I hate people asking what to train on

so here it is a nice little guide for you

Combat (Attack/Strength/Defense/HP/Prayer):
003 to 035: chickens and lumby goblin hut
035 to 040: goblin village
040 to 055: dwarves in dwarven mines
055 to 087: draynor jail guards (1)
087 to 100: yanille ogres (2)
100 to 105: yanille chaos druids
105 to 115: slayer via Edgeville master
115 to 117: trained attack and defense via Abyssals(3)
117 to 120: to 90 prayer via drag bone grinding (4)
120 to 123: 99 attack and defense via Abyssals (5)
123 to 124: to 99 prayer via drag bone grinding
124 to 126: to 99 strength via Zanaris slayer (6)
(1) also zombies in Edge Dungeon
(2) also baby blue dragons in Taverly
(3) used abby whip
(4) I buried my own bones prior to bone grinding
(5) used abby whip
(6) used dharok set
Ranged
:01 to 35: chickens and lumby goblin hut
35 to 60: dwarves under White Wolf Mt. (1)
60 to 73: jogres east of Shilo
73 to 80: yanille ogres
80 to 84: yanille chaos druids
84 to 89: moss giants in brimhaven dungeon
89 to 94: slayer via Edgeville master
94 to 99: slayer via Zanaris master
(1) also hill giants in Edge Dungeon

01 to 45: strike spells on chickens and goblins

55 to 60: powermined iron in Rimmington
60 to 78: coal in the Mining Guild

87 to 95: Dorgeshuun Mines under Lumbridge Castle
95 to 99: granite rocks south of Desert Bandit Camp
Smithing:
01 to 48: mostly iron plates f2p
48 to 60: steel plates f2p

80 to 86: smelt X and smithed iron plates in shilo

01 to 30: net fishing in Karamja
30 to 40: fly fishing in Barbarian Village

76 to 85: sharks and lobsters in guild
85 to 99: fly fishing in Shilo
Cooking:
01 to 87: cooking all fished items mostly at Edge bank
87 to 99: bought and cooked raw sharks in Phasmatys (1)
(1) all cooking was done prior to Cook X
Firemaking:
01 to 60: chopped willows in draynor
60 to 68: chopped willows east of fishing guild
68 to 90: bought willows in varrok west
90 to 99: bought yews in varrok west
Woodcutting:
01 to 30: misc. trees outside varrok
30 to 65: willows in draynor
65 to 72: yews south of falador
72 to 87: yews in gnome stronghold
87 to 91: yews in gnome stronghold and farming trees

Farming:
01 to 85: farmed all patches even hops, watering (1)

nice idea but they help threads wont stop :| there alredy a stuck thread showing all the links to fan forums etc and no one even bothers to look at it...they just do it to annoy people beacuse they have nothing better to do :|

No, he's not. Before most people who are here now came here, there were almost no help threads.

And it's not that we don't want to help people, but they're asking questions you can look up easily at any fan site or at the knowledge base on the runescape homepage!

Ye, them ones are stupid. Like 'where is' a city. That's what the map is there for.

Practically everything you ask can be found on a help site though.
