This is a excercise video where you can work your Ab's for 8 minute's a day intime to the video to help you. It work's all part's of your ab's including your Oblique's. There's a few different excercise's thoughtout the video that last 45 secound's each. This routine doe's work I have only been using for a week and can already feel result's.

My advice is to burn it to a disk then watch it though the TV and do the excercise's alongside the video.

Doesnt work for me either. Thats because you upload it but only YOU can see it because youre logged in. Outsiders cant see.

Yeah that's the music I love (lol) The video is quite cheesy but it is effective if you stick to it. +rep for finding it.

Haha, if you look at the girl during some of the excersizes, she doesnt do them very well.
