How do i make a pure (Help pl0x)

Hey how do i make a pure? :s i wnat it to be mage nd range pure so i can pk ;) lol's

Well get up range and mage but dont raise defence or prayer as that will wreck your pure. If you want to be the ultimate pure do desert treasure when you get about 80 range and mage to stop opponents from running.
