Cracked Rib

Didn't know where to post but oh well.

I was blading last night and I fell onto my knees and jarred my body. I thought it wasn't too bad so I went to sleep. Got up this morning and I could barely walk. Go to the doctors and voila i've cracked a rib.

Anyone else done this? if so pls tell me tips to get rid of the pain

Yeh ive cracked and broken ribs a number of times. If it was serious the docter should of put a proper splint on it. If its hurting, you could sort one yourself as you need to make sure your not moving it, just search
"How to treat rib fracture" on google and stuff will come up.
Even though it absoloutly cains, youv got to cough regularly to stop yourself getting pnemonia (Happend to me before) Yeh and take some pain killers.

Ive broken 4 ribs once =]. That wasnt the best of times. Hurt abit.
But hope you get better.
