I have so much crap on my mind & when i go to go sleep, i start to think of it more & start to cry. My sleep pattern thing is messed up too & i'm trying to sort it out as i have college next week. The problem is i'm not getting sleep till about 2/3 in the morning, maybe later. Any ideas on what i can do, so i can finally get a goodnights sleep? +rep for all good ideas.

I know what you mean, i'll lie there thinking of things, and start to worry, but during the day, when i think about them its fine. And i just say that to myself to get back to sleep.

Same here, my head is swimming with things, school, internet problems, friendship problems... lots of other things too. Worried about things. I just think of something nice and get to sleep. It's because you're not resting and eveything in your mind is going on. It sucks :(

I used to cry though once, when it felt like everything was going wrong. So I talked to my dad to get things off my chest and I felt better. Maybe if something is troubling you tell somebody?

I hope you can get to sleep better :( <3

Oh, btw, if you buy the drink called Hawlicks (spelling), its a hot chocolate, it helps me :)

I did talk to someone, i talked to my mom about it all & i didn't work, i've also tried to think of something else & that doesn't seem to work. And when i think "oh, i can fix this in the morning" or "it'll be okay" it doesn't work either. :(

I normally just write about things that are upsetting me on my blog or draw in my sketch book. Or if im sad and just sick of everything i'll turn my stero up and sing and cry. Lol it sounds stuipd but it works.
If you ever need to talk feel free to Pm any time. Remember even the strongest of us need a sholder to cry on sometimes =)
