SSL you can make one yourself but it aint very secure or you can pay about£50 for a rapidssl 256bit encryption certificate

https = Secure Connection, could be used for a shop/hosting etc..

No, HTTPS is a different protocol than HTTP.

I know what https:// is i want one for my billing system and i want it cheap.

they do i think hugotonhosting are doing them for £80-90 i think i can get one for £10 but not sure
