hi, on my sub forum under forum tools, it says 'post announcement'
what happens if i click this, am i allowed to use this tool?

If you arnt allowed to use it then it will say that you dont have permission to do that :)

If you go to this (http://www.habboxforum.com/forumdisplay.php?f=45) forum and look at the top of the forum you will see:

"Announcement: Habbox Hosting
properclone (Habbox Staff)".

This is simply what it does. Just puts an announcement at the top of your sub-forum. As far as I know you are alowed to use it. :)
