http://www.habbox.com/images/Furni/Rares/HabboGlobeStempT.gif[Snow globe] - value - 1.6 - I personally dont like this rare, but its coming to the X mas season and people are buying early and adding small profit as they think they may well rise further - seen 4 times

http://www.habbox.com/images/Furni/Rares/ThroneST.gif[Throne] - value - between 29.5 and 30 hc - another boring rare :P although it does look nice, a nice rise between now and halloween i predict. - seen 6 times mainly in casinos


Decreasing

http://www.habbox.com/images/Furni/Rares/ChineseLanternST.png[Chinese lantern] - value - 0.8 - Never understood why people were paying a hc for this! A small drop people often offering .5 rares and some seasonals - Seen 3 times

http://www.habbox.com/images/Furni/Rares/ElfGreenDragonLampST.png[Green dragon] - Value 1hc - people are quite happy to let these go for 1hc pure - seen 5 times
