In all honesty there is no safest super rare because theres always the threat of release
The purple ICM had strong rumours that it was going to be released after it was given as a competition prize which put a lot of people off buying it, same applies for the super smoke machines as well as the gold pillow, theres always that slight chance that theyre planning a release
Imo i would say that the dragons are the safest as i doubt theyll release them being long term battleball prizes, as long as theyre making money out of selling tickets theyre not going to put a stop to the prizes ;)

Theyre pretty safe in terms of release but their value may fluctuate
Especially if some of the other supers suffer the same fate as the dragons

Nothing is ever safe. The minute I bought an orange para they came out.
Unless you are that bothered about losing out I wouldn't worry. I used to worry alot about OMGZ WHAT IF IT GETS RELEASED. However I have most of the "old school" supers now and in all honesty I couldn't give a monkey's anymore if they get released. Only a game ;)

as Nick said, the Dragons have very low odds that they'll be released.
birdbaths should also stay around the 4 - 6T area.

EVERY Rare thats not been relesed (Soz bout speeling) will eventually be relesed soon enough. But for now, Dino, Typo, And Throne :)

Typo, they arent being give out in newsletter any more guranteed virtually not to drop below 1t, and do rise slighltley, and in reply to some ones above post not all the super rares will be released.

An ancient rare is a safe rare, it may not be worth much but its still safe.

Dionysus said UK would never release the throne.
And following that rares like dinos and bird baths would have been released by now if they were planned to be. You need to be careful of things which are still in the cycle of being released like recolours. In a few years time when a new set of rares have been released (god forbid there are too many already) then the old rares are quite safe.
