Monster drops - Moss giants in varrock sewers for f2p drop 3, quite often.

42. They hardly hit if you have 40 def, wearing rune.

elements in seers also drop them quite a bit :).

though it's EXTREMELY RARE that they drop laws, so dont bother... but they do drop other elemental runes :)

I'll just mooch off this thread and ask:

What monsters drop runes most often? or in the biggest quantities?
