How to a report somone for unfair -Rep

[Hopeless]

I was selling my throne and he said that throne is going up.. which is isn't
its decreasing
So i typed:

No throne is going down
I am selling throne for 27 Hc pure

And he gave me -rep for speaking off the topic. When he mention throne prices so it was on topic, aand im very annoyed :(

Also will i get the -rep taken off?
