Majestic chair: I bought 1 for 3.5 HCS Pure and I've seen them selling for roughly the same price

Petal Patch: Seen once at 4 HCS and seen twice at 3.5 HCS

Green BirdBath: People seem to be trading these above the value because they claim it's hard to find.
Seen once at 6 HCS, seen three times at 6.5 HCS
