Sorry, as joe said, u can do better.

- Use smaller fonts.
- Use plain colours as background or a gradient. (watch out with gradients. they are tricky, some look nice, but most gradients might turn out bad.)
- Make the banner size smaller.
- The (wot i call) "Shine" on the title looks like u just filled that with a gray color. fill it with white (#ffffff) and tone down the oppacity to 5-to-15 max.
