Try to get your coder to do it in XHTML, CSS, PHP Includes, using DIV's

Its the most efficent way of coding

DO NOT SLICE AND WHATEVER

Yep that is a better way of coding. Your site will look 1000x better. I think it would cost you abit more then 1hc though, BUT people will code it like that for you.

Advice, ask to see the layout up and running before you pay. Check the source to see if they havent put the layout as the background like many people do on here.

TECHTUTS IS JUST TUTORIALS.
