Confuzzled please help!

One of my folders on my website isn't working. It says internal server error. I checked the error logs and it says
Premature end of script headers: then the location of it.

My friend said maybe mysql crashed or is updating

Can anyone help?

i think it's definatly something to do with the mysql because my staff panel, forum and dj of the week polls don't work and they all need mysql to work.

But it all worked fine earlier today so i dunno about what Mess said.
