Hi, if you are looking to purchase web-hosting, shoutcast-hosting in fact any thing like that and you are going to pay by Paypal.

Make sure you do one thing first.

Check whether the seller/re-seller is using a verified Paypal account.

This in itself will be of major help if you have problems with poor quality hosting or being unable to receive what you have paid for.

If the seller/re-seller is not verified (which normally means they are a teenager with no bank account or credit card) then Paypal will not be able to help you with a refund.

If you are an adult and use a credit card to top up your Paypal account you have the protection from the credit card company.

But if you are not, and you are about to send money to non verified Paypal account, just be a little bit more aware, ask a few questions.

One more piece of advice, dont worry if the seller is shown on Paypal as

"Non - US Verified" it just means they dont live in the states.

Regards

Tim

Adam's Advice:

Go with a proper company, not teenagers.

They're going to be more expensive, but you're getting 24/7 support from professionals and an excellent service.

www.1and1.co.uk
www.names.co.uk

For examples.

Hell, even buy yourself a reseller from a proper company and host multiple sites on it, it's more reliable than buying from a teenager on a vps/dedi/reseller or whatever.
