[USA] Lots of fansites REMOVED.

Hey there, i was doing a random check on the official Fansite list of USA, and i noticed there is only 21 official fansites now.

Correct me please if i am wrong, but when they were released there was 38 official fansites, and then some were slowly removed :-

- TheHABBOsite
- HabboRemix
- Habbolink
- Habbosurf

Now, it seems they have removed ANOTHER bunch of the sites, leaving the fansite list with just 21 sites. I Have no idea why these sites were removed, as my site is still on there.

Habbo US' fansite list was too long anyway.

My site theHABBOsite was removed due to the request of UK staff and habboremix was removed from the list because they feature the ability to 'purchase' habbo furni on their site as part of their user system (amazing feature).

Will have to wait see it Just-One says something about habboremix though :)

Agreed with the fact they had too many fansites, however they seem to be keeping some sites with much poorer content, and updating etc then they ones they have removed from the list :S

Yeah! They didn't even tell me why... :l Despite the fact many of the sites lack content, have been down for ten years or focus on Habbo US 0.01%

Hey,

Yes indeed HabboRemix was removed due to it selling items, however this has now been cleared up and Jeffoo has agreed to add HabboRemix back on the Official FanSite list shortly. Well, we'll have to wait and see if it actually does! Becs who hates me 'cause I reported her abusive emails she sends everyone to ione, got us removed on Canada and the only email I got was Becs saying I was threatening sulake from my email asking why I was removed saying we have 10,000 habbo's email addresses why constantly peeve me off!!! So I have removed CA features off www.HabboRemix.net till I get atleast a genuine reason for being removed.

But yes, its all getting out of hand and to be perfectly honest, I am not too bothered if I am official or not as we get the hits without officialness! HabboRemix has been added to UK, US, and CA and removed off them all too, must be a record for fansites eh? :P

Thats what made it so ridiculous! Sulake however now understand that after 3 months and are now considering putting it back on. Im not gonna hold my breath though while Becs is still staff!

Its sad that Habboremix isnt getting official status, then again i dont think it needs it. Habboremix and Habbox are BOTH the victims of this kind of thing methinks, and yet theyre increasingly popular than official fansites. Kinda weird when you think about it, theyre removing the most popular of sites. X_X

There are poor sites, and then there are sites made on freewebs which at first glance reminds me of the "DO U WANNA BE HOBBA ENTER YA PASS HERE" sites. It has no content, no news, they are rubbish.

If they were unpopular sites with good content then great, but these are utterly ridiculous! lol.

This is one time I don't agree with james on his last post.. Some sites start out as freewebs and are updated daily.. they move up to domains + paid hosting.
