why cant i see the dj panel

hi when i type in my user name and passowrd click login then it just comes up the welcome message then goes back to the login screen can someone explain please thanks a lot

i have just had a pm from adzeh saying that im a trail dj and he gave me a user name and password and then he gave me a url link directing me to the login page but it still wont work

i am a trail dj i had the pm from adzeh today giving my username and password also i have double checked just in case on the habboxlive hompage on the staff list and i am there to so i dont no whats going on ive contacted adzeh and the forum admin so really theres nothing else i can do exept sit and wait becuase obiviously something has gone wrong that side
