I agree, they get us all excited when we see its a firmware update, then when it tells us whats on it, its just balls.

Yes, but the question is, will the big 3.0 be the next? But all that crap about it has paint, notebook etc, is just rumours...

Well, fanjita & others have made a 2.80/2.81 decrypter... which means you don't need to downgrade your psp & when programs have been updated, you will be able to run Homebrew.
