Thats a bad deal, you give him free hosting, he puts up a massiva banner so you can make money, then he pays 4.99, 5 quid too remove the banner for 1 year only? what a rip.

well the banner is 468 x 60 so its hardly massive and i am doing it for free, i think thats generous

well thats the point, i dont really wanna give away space on my server so if i persuade him that the banner is a bad choice he will buy the hosting and bin the banner

His site might never be popular so your giving him ure specs etc, and hes not gonna use it properlly, who knows if his little site is gonna be ducsessful(sp)
