PayPal won't work... :S

Hey, when I go to PayPal.com it comes up with:

How come? My friends paypal works, but not mine :s :( +REP to any helpers.

Try clearing cookies etc?:s

wrong section, it should be under computer problemos

try refreshing pages serveral times and make sure you entered email and pass right

Ah, no I think I know what it is. My "user.agent.override" is different.
