The page you posted that on was written partly in HTML. Like HTML is kinda important, otherwise websites wouldn't exist kay.

Most websites need HTML in them to embed certain content; I.E. flash.
97% of websites* use HTML.

well almost every page you go on will have HTML in it. So that means you must hate about 90% of the web?. And please stop using '7331' speak and learn proper English,Thanks.

100% of Webpages run on HTML, even if it's only the opening tags or the tags used to intergrate flash SWF files into the website is HTML.

AJAX and PHP are not the future of HTML, AJAX is a technology using XML, Javascript, DOM, XHTML and XMLHTTPRequest.

PHP is a server-side language which you can use with Databases etc, so if you don't like HTML then you have no chance of being a webpage designer.

not correct as i have PHP Pages on my site that doesnt have any HTML in at all such as the SQL Connection files ;)

That is a direct link to a SWF file. Not a webpage, it's like saying a PNG image (http://www.example.com/images/image1.png) isn't made of HTML.

Html is important for the web. And its easier than php, and people arent gonna learn php for a website, html will never go away. Because its simpler, and tbh people like simple things.
