Whips wont rise. As more people get 85 slayer they are becoming VERY common. This WILL cause the prie to fall.

Whips which get pked or people who die. They will remain the same "rarity" as they were.

It doesn't matter what price the person is selling for, but the point is if anyone is going to buy it for that price .. So this isn't considering ripping off, unless he's really trying to persuade you with untrue facts.

People are perfectly free to sell for whatever price they wish, so long as they don't claim items are rare when not etc.

You shouldn't post in their thread informing people not to buy.

How do you work that one out? Alot more people turn 70 attack each day then 85 slayer :/
