When i get home from school i cant help but snack, there not fattening, but i eat alot so it builds up, how do i stop?

I get really hungry too, but I avoid the temptation.
I got my mum to make dinner early, so when i'm home from school, I dont have long to wait!
Or drink water, to fill you slightyly.

try chewing mint flavour chewing gum or eating a mint... then you wont really want to eat something with a mint taste in your mouth...

Snack on fruit, its sweet and just as nice.

Or if you love chocolate, buy cheap low cal Weight watchers snacks, only about 50 cals per cake.

Yeah just have some fruit or glass of orange juice or something. I normally have a bowl of cereal when I get in from school lol
