nobody really knows but here is what some staff thinks of it:
- advertisement to cover the costs of the website
- room and/or site advertisement
- just a weird thing
- advertisement for the habbo hotel, like competitions and stuff

He asked for help so I help him and I told what the staff thinks because they (most of the time) know what's going on lol
