whats the circuit to make a Motor change direction

With only using:
6 Wires [2 power supply]
1 Resistor
1 Motor
1 Centre Off Switch

Help despretly needed

Pick it up and turn it the other way round or put it in reverse hope this helps :'] Bieeeeeeeeeeeelby!!!
