Well ive NEVER heard of it. I have the person who owns the copyright infringment company that works with Vbulletin on my messenger (PirateReports) Ill ask him when he comes on. And mate if your lying you could be facing some legal action ;)

i no u can share liscences between like lots of different sites owned by same company eg

fat-hosting.com/forum
fat-domain.com/forum
fat-template.com/forum

but you cant sell loads of different peoppe the same liscence!
