What, the coding or the url? Coding I learnt from tuts, then I thought would this be similar and it was, url was from another thread :)

Similar, you type the name in, then where you'd normally type it in on the url, it has $name so it gets the info and adds it on, making it eaiser to just type the name in once than finding the two names and editing ;)

That's awesome :) How could I minimize the empty space around the image and make the white background transparent? If I can do this, it would be superb for a staff and/or profile page.

EDIT: What if Habbo removes Habbo-Imaging or fits some sort of protection on the file to stop other people outside of Habbo Hotel using that page? It won't work, right?

RYANNNNN
17-09-2006, 09:48 AM
Halting, if you look in the code you'll find the hex, eg..

http://www.habbohotel.co.uk/habbo-imaging/collagepr?name_2_txt=hello&name_6_y=-117&name_2_x=-491&h_2_dir=3&h_2_name=0&h_2_frame=1&h_2_gesture=5&h_2_action=0&h_2_y=0&h_2_x=50&name_1_txt=Btw&name_1_y=-597&name_1_x=-4565671&stampY=-1048&stampY=-1019&h_1_dir=4&h_1_name=Btw&h_1_frame=0&h_1_gesture=nrm&h_1_action=std&h_1_y=0&h_1_x=0&overlay=0&overlayY=-95&overlayX=-39&logoY=-300&logoX=-300&bkg=0&bkgY=-95&bkgX=-39&bkgColor=000000&picH=300&picW=65&quality=5&img-format=png&xml-template=imageCreator_1_name

Thanks, I'm working on that. It is possible, I just need to look around and find out. And yes it would be :) If I do find out I shall remake the code with options, like smiling etc.

It wouldn't work I think. Thats just something we must hope they don't do.

You need to resize the image so it doesn't have all of the room below the actual image. I think you can set a transparent colour with CSS Filters.

On the form I have, if you don't have a hex it doesn't work, so fffff has been set default, and if you have a background (1-19) you still need a hex, I dont think this transparency will be possible too be honest.

Hitman

Hex code is a colour. Like FFFFFF is white, 000000 is black.

Rotation is which way you want the habbo to face (enter 1 - 9)

I was testing something on that. ;)

Enter Habbo Rotation: <input type="text" name="habbo" />
<br /><input type="submit" name="submit" value="Submit" />
<br /><br />
If you don't know what a hex code is, leave the form as 000000
<br />For rotation enter a number from 1 to 9.

pr may mean preview? I took it off but it came up with an error.

The habbo image background overlays the hex background, but it still shows at the bottom because the habbo image background is smaller than the size of the image, which is 300x65 I think.

Becs hardly has the right to tell you whether you have permission to use something which isn't her property. That's almost like saying a member of a help desk has the right to decide who has rights and who doesn't.

I don't believe anything you say :)

Theoretically they could, but they don't.

To make a certain color transparent you would first use the imagecolorallocate function then the imagecolortransparent.

eg

$white = imagecolorallocate($im, 255, 255, 255);
imagecolortransparent($im, $white);

Brought this code back to life.

view.php

<html>

<head>
<title>What does your habbo look like?</title>
</head>

<body>
<form method="post" action="habbo.php">
<strong>Habbo Imager</strong><br>
Habbo Name: <input type="text" name="habboname" size="30" />
<br><input type="submit" value="View" />
</form>
</body>

</html>
habbo.php

<?php
header("Content-type: image/gif");
$habbo = $habboname;
$domain = 'http://www.habbo.co.uk';
$content = file_get_contents($domain . '/home/'.$habbo);
$div_start = explode('<div class="profile-figure">', $content, 2);
$div_end = explode('</div>', $div_start[1], 2);
$img = trim($div_end[0]);
$img = preg_replace('/<img alt=\"(.*?)\" src=\"(.*?)\" \/>/', '$2', $img);
$imag = $domain.$img;
$im = imagecreatefromgif($imag);
$white = imagecolorallocate($im, 255, 255, 255);
imagecolortransparent($im, $white);
imagegif($im);
imagedestroy($im);
?>
This will also make the background transparent
