verry clean template (in my eyes that is.)

Made this for my uncle's company who sell's office furniture in New York city.
He wanted it to be verry clean, and i think this is verry clean.

Opinions ?.

(It has a small animated flash banner, i coded it 2x, once with and once without sound. Just pick a folder.)

my uncle's current site is here (http://www.wingpartners.com), but it doesnt have a layout, He made it directyl from dreamweaver (using table bg's etc...).
And my uncle is so cool, so i thought he deserved a template :)

Yeh, id replace the sound with a different loop though, it sounds totaly different on my iMac... and it sounds wierd, not as it should suppoce to sound.
Somthing went wrong in the saving as .mp3 etc...
