I doing this tut and it says make a stylesheet how do i get a blank sheet

do you mean a new notepad document?

Start>All Programs>Accessories>Notepad

Yeah a stylesheet is just an eriting prog.

If you mean a CSS stylesheet which is to style a HTML webpage then you need to click Save As and use FileName.css you need the .css extension. But then again you also need the codes.

If you don't mean CSS then please elaborate.
