I am currently looking for a shoutcast reseller at least 10,000 slots and accounts.

Will pay in hosting or habbo furni.

Must have good uptime.

ok I didnt read all of it but ent you "have" to have a lisence to sell over 1000 liseners or somthink

You need a liscence to sell any amoutn of shoutcast/reseller i think it increases fine if your caught with 1500+ listener slots :D

if i have more clients. Also when would i bother to get a liscence they cant really fine me if I say I dont own it.

Correct me if I'm wrong but don't you only need a licence if you own one and you are broadcasting copyrighted music, and most top hosts supply you with one anyway?

You do need a licence (to broadcast music), but hosts do not provide you with one. Licences cost LOTS. Look at www.live365.com they sell licenced hosting.
