Techtuts just have to deal with it, they will come along more sites wich look alike, but therefor not ripped, if they are going to moan about all of them, then what for baby's are they.

Similar, but Ive took several screenshots, and tried to match the gradients, levels, hex colours, spacings etc, and it ay have been "heavily inspired" but certainly wasnt ripeed :)

i made the top banner, and i always use gradient from gray to white (cccccc > ffffff)
to give it a sort of metal look ;)
but Ryan did the footer & boxes etc..

In the coding remove all the
  and erm make the footer sliced image make it smaller so it loads faster on a slower internet connection.
