I used to have Necrons back in the day, just liked them because they came back to life to pee everyone off. My little troupe of 6 took on armies and came away having done pretty well, all because I only needed 3+ diceroll to bring them all back.

Yeh they have a good shooting capability,
and some tanks come with ncrons body parts to put on wich is stupid because they can come back!
and thats the good thing, you just lay them down when there hit, and then roll 3+ to bring em back :P

Ish, i dont realy play the game, but i do enjoy creating the modles, which has reasulted in me have quite customised armys.
I orignaly started with space marines (imperial fist) although then went on to create a Kroot army which is quite a rair one to have, and alot of fun due to the large level of customian needed in creating charicters in it.
I also have an Orignal necron team, as in not those crapy plastic, dark eldar wanabes, but the proper big hevey bulky undead necrons, which i dont belive can even be purchased any more "/
Small armys i havent realy bothed with are a small dark eldar force, and a small tou one.

Yeah I have the old metal ones, when the plastic crap came in that's when I decided I didn't like it anymore.

In other news, I used to collect it when i was about 12-13, I sucked at the painting but i think i'd be good at it now, the lore for it is pretty cool to be honest. Iused to have demon hunters which were pretty badass. But also an expensive bunch :@
