Well if I saw the swearing that was avoiding the filter I would remove it and infraction. Also if there is a thread which is pointless it doesn't mean you should join in and pointless post, either don't post at all or try and stick to the topic if there was one.

IT's a forum you are meant to comment on stuff, I do agree that out of topic posting is annoying but you get infracted for being just slightly off topic, this is wrong.
