33 Ranged
26 Prayer
39 Magic
56 combat

If I shouldn't do it now, what levels should I get.

Plus what items and equipment?

I'm such a noob.

Plus would a teleport work?

Using Magic through the quest would help you alot, since with the Max spell you can do, you can hit 12's.
