Hes trusted you say?
How come:
I pay £10 for the vbulletin members area, domain and hosting. I get sent Vbulletin 3.6.0 over Messenger and I ask for the members area details. All he says is get the license number from authentication.php.
I ask for the password next day he says pay me another £5. Im not letting it go that easy. So i pay him..
Now claims he was on phone to VB getting pass back.
Now ingoring me!
And you say hes trusted?

But hes taken £15. Its stealing. I wouldnt care if was pixels but my real money im now quite shocked. I think ill have to get paypal involved to get my money back and maybe theyll forward it to the police as I know they do in some cases of theft.
Paypal can shut down his paypal account and give your money back, contact them.
A few months ago (4-7)
My bro bought tickets for Wimbeldon and he bought them from paypal, he went there the guy said they where fake tickets but he still let them in, him and my sister in law, so they got like good seats etc, they could walk from game to game, but got paypal involved so they got there 500 quid back and they still got to see the game.
They had to get police stuff tho.
